Magnificent craftsmanship and service on a human scale
Looking for an Azilal style rug with a particular size, what a great surprise to find the service offered by Dar Arbalou!
Thanks to Eric for his responsiveness and professionalism. My order was followed from start to finish, from listening to my wishes down to the smallest detail (patterns, colors and even wool height, weaving compactness!) Until delivery in France. I also appreciated receiving photos and comments during the different manufacturing phases.
Thanks to Khadija for this superb work, which reflects her great know-how in the art of weaving.
I am delighted with my experience with Dar Arbalou, especially since it allows to support Berber craftswomen. Congratulations on this great initiative !

A very rewarding, satisfying experience
Since my first contact with Dar Arbalou until the reception of my rugs, everything went in a professional AND benevolent way. Eric Anglade helped me define exactly what I wanted (size, colors, materials, thickness ..), sent me multiple photos and emails to come to an agreement. When there were delays (rain, etc.), he told me about it. The delivery was made in the best possible conditions and we are delighted with our rugs.

Excellent product, perfect order tracking
It was a great pleasure to follow the weaving of this Berber Glaoui carpet made by the fairy hands of Fatima!
She perfectly masters the three techniques that make the unique charm of this type of carpet that she puts into practice with talent and creativity in the desired size.
The follow-up of the order (simplicity of the order, respect of deadlines and price, shipment) was perfect. This motivates me to place another order.
